About this piece
Red agate is dyed. Gray and banded agate is common; a uniform deep red is not something the ground produces in quantity, and the trade has colored it for a very long time — long enough that dyed agate is the traditional material rather than a modern substitute. We say so because sellers who insist theirs is undyed are telling you something about themselves.
Fire is the element that drains wood, which is how the quarrel star is conventionally settled. What the tradition asks for is steady warmth — a red object, a lamp left on — rather than anything that flickers or moves.
Rounded rather than faceted, which is both the convention and the practical choice: a faceted stone chips at the edges in transit, and a chipped corner is the first thing anyone notices.
Why this object
Fire-element stones are placed where a sector needs warming rather than activating. The distinction matters: the remedy is meant to add heat, not motion.
How to wear or place it
In the sector a reading marks for fire, set down and left.
Rounded stones, never a sharp cluster — the form is part of what is specified.

How we choose what we sell
Materials, stated plainly
Every listing names what it is made of. If a stone has been dyed or heat-treated, the listing says so.
Certificates you can check
Where a lab certificate exists we show it with its number, so you can verify it yourself rather than take our word.
No promises we can't keep
We explain the tradition behind each object and where it belongs. We never claim it will bring luck, health or money.
Questions
Is it natural?
The material line above states it exactly. Where we hold a lab certificate it is shown with a number you can verify, and if a stone has been treated the listing says so.
Will it bring me luck?
Honestly: no object does that by itself. Feng shui treats objects as the last step, after placement and the room itself. What this gives you is a carefully chosen object, in the right place, as a daily reminder of what you are working toward.
Where exactly should it go?
That depends on you or your home, which is what the free readings calculate. Each one shows the direction or sector, and why.
Where does it ship from, and how long does it take?
From China. We do not keep stock in a U.S. warehouse: each piece is ordered from the workshop that makes it after you order, packed in Guangdong, and flown to you. Processing takes 1–3 business days and shipping 12–20 business days, so most orders arrive 13–23 business days after they are placed. We ship to the United States only. Shipping is included in the price. U.S. import duties or taxes are not: if any are charged on delivery, the buyer pays them.
Shipping and returns?
Shipping is included in the price, so there is nothing extra to pay at checkout. If a piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or refund you in full. The shipping and returns policies are linked beside the Buy button.
